Secco & Co is a neighbourhood bar in Fitzroy North — the kind of place we always wanted to go to but could never quite find. A little bit wine bar, a little bit pub, a little bit restaurant — but mostly, it’s just a place to relax, have a drink, and feel at home.

We (Jamie and Ramon) don’t come from a traditional hospo background — just a love of good food, great wine, and genuine hospitality. When we opened Secco & Co in January 2020 (yes, right before lockdowns!), our goal was simple: to create a low-key local spot with amazing drinks, great service, and a welcoming community feel. Somewhere you could pop in for a glass of wine and a few snacks without feeling like you had to sit down for a full three courses. Somewhere where we’d remember your name — and your order.

Almost six years later, we’re proud of the little community that’s grown around us. With a bistro-style menu led by our talented Japanese chef Yuto and a bar stocked with our favourite wines, beers, and cocktails, Secco & Co continues to be the place we dreamed of — a neighbourhood hangout where everyone feels like a regular.
